How does entity-based pricing work?

We offer 4 pricing tiers based on how many entities you manage. Solo (1-3 entities) starts at $49/month, Growth (4-10) at $99/month, and Scale (11-25) at $199/month. For Enterprise (26+ entities), contact us for custom pricing. All features are available on all tiers—you pay for capacity, not functionality.

How is the early access pricing locked in?

When you join the waitlist and become an early access member, you get 40% off forever on any tier. The Solo tier is $29.40/month instead of $49, Growth is $59.40/month instead of $99, and so on. This discount applies for life, even as we add features and raise standard pricing.

When will EmLedger launch?

We are targeting Q2 2026 for general availability. Early access members will get priority access and the locked-in pricing rate.

Can I migrate from QuickBooks/Xero?

Yes. We provide migration tools and support for data import from QuickBooks Online, Xero, and other accounting software. Our team can assist with complex migrations.

Absolutely. We use enterprise-grade encryption, secure authentication, and regular security audits. Your data is backed up daily and stored in secure cloud infrastructure.

What payment methods do you support?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and ACH bank transfers. Invoicing and annual prepayment options are available for larger teams.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes, early access members get a 14-day trial period before billing begins. This gives you plenty of time to set up your entities and try all the features.

What kind of support is included?

All plans include email support, access to our knowledge base, and video tutorials. Priority support with faster response times is available for enterprise customers.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time, with no cancellation fees.

How many users can access my account?

All tiers include unlimited users at no extra cost. All users can be assigned granular permissions to control which entities they can access.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my tier?

Yes, you can change your tier anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Your early access discount (if applicable) stays with you regardless of tier.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes! Annual billing gives you 2 months free (17% discount). The Solo tier is $490/year instead of $588, Growth is $990/year instead of $1,188, and so on. Early access members get 40% off annual pricing too.
