An entity is any separate set of books you manage - a company, subsidiary, client, location, or property. Each entity has its own chart of accounts, transactions, and financial statements.
Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to more entities. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
We offer a 14-day free trial on all plans. No credit card required to start. You'll have full access to all features during the trial period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and can arrange ACH transfers for annual plans on Scale and Unlimited tiers.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, we'll give you a full refund, no questions asked.
What happens if I exceed my entity limit?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. You can upgrade to the next tier at any time. We won't lock you out - we'll just prompt you to upgrade when adding new entities.
